PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have selected to view prices in your local currency, all transactions are processed in AED at the checkout. You will notice that the amount deducted from your bank account is in your local currency rather than AED.

Delivery fees will be applied based on the delivery address selected and will be displayed during the order process. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of vat and other applicable taxes.

You have the option to cancel your order or any item purchased from Bentati Abaya online. If you haven't received your order yet, please contact info@bentatiabaya.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is shipped for a full refund.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within two working days of receiving your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped to you, you must return the goods in accordance with the return procedures outlined above in order for us to process your refund. We will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs for items purchased online and returned. The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us; therefore, we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and keep all delivery records for security reasons.

*Terms and Conditions: Once in your possession, all goods are your responsibility, so please handle all goods with extreme care and send the package using a method that insures the value of the goods, as well as keeping your proof of postage. We reserve the right not to process your return if the goods do not arrive within 30 days of receipt. To receive a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of receipt. When trying on clothing, please avoid using excessive force and avoid wearing perfume/deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will not accept any item for return if there is evidence that these instructions were not followed. We do not provide refunds on any products if the tag/card has been removed.


If the size fit isn't right for you and you want to exchange it, you can get a different size or a completely different item design (within the same price of the original item purchased or less) We may be able to exchange your order (1) time after we receive it back, and we will return/collect any payment adjustments.


In accordance with our returns policy, return the product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging. However, we do not refund the original shipping fees.

If you choose to return the item on your own, you will be responsible for paying the carrier when you ship your return.

bentati abaya  will not reimburse the customer for return shipping expenses.


We inspect all products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if you need a refund, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Items purchased online and returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will receive a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used by the original purchaser and will not include shipping costs.
Please note if the expiration date on your credit card has passed or if the original card has been cancelled for any reason. A refund to a different card is not possible. The refund will be credited to the old card number, and the funds will be transferred to the correct account, though this may take longer than usual. If your bank has issued a new card to replace the old one (but it is still linked to the same account).
If you received a promotional discount on your original order, the amount charged and, if necessary, refunded will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Please keep in mind that if a full refund is requested, all complimentary items received with the package must also be returned. If your item was part of a promotional package, such as buy one get one free, the free item must also be returned; otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the initial refund amount.
All returns are processed in the order in which they arrive. When a return is received, it may take up to 7 working days to process, or longer during busy and sale periods.

Once a customer's return has been processed, they will receive an email notification (please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message). Please keep in mind that the time it takes for a refund to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank's policy. After a refund has been issued, funds may take up to 10-14 days to appear in your account. Any item(s) returned with customer-caused damage (from personal use, wear, or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) will be returned to the customer.

DELIVERY \ Standard: Processing time: 5 days + Shipping time: 3-5 working days of delivery for ALL countries.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days, but a 7-day buffer should be considered during our peak season because preparation may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We will not be able to redirect orders once they have been shipped. We make every effort to ensure that our standard order preparation + delivery time is 4-10 business days from the date you place your order.

Bentati Abaya reserves the right to select any delivery courier in accordance with the country.

During bank/public holidays and peak periods, shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of courier issues, severe weather conditions, or any Act of God.


All orders placed through our online store will be subject to Import and Clearance duties, as well as any brokerage fees and any other additional charges. We operate on the basis of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Our courier FedEx / DHL handles this on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Prior to completing your purchase, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price.
